A few things to know before you book your stay
Checking in and out
- 🕒Check-in after 3:00 PM
- 🕚Check-out by 11:00 AM
- 🔑Self check-in available
- 🧹Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it — we don't charge a cleaning fee, so we count on guests to leave the house in good shape
During your stay
- 🐾Pets welcome — please let us know in advance
- 📅Long-term stays (14+ days) welcome and eligible for discount.
- 🌙Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- 💧Pond is natural and unsupervised — please read about the pond before using it
- 🪴House plants — most are easy and just need their reservoir checked and topped up; the plant behind the sofa in the living room needs a proper top-up of water, so please give it one
Not allowed
- 🚭Smoking anywhere on the property
- 🎉Events and parties
